Earlier in the night Sheriff Steve Austin saw Teddy Long backstage, he said he made a last-minute change to the match since Teddy Long likes getting involved in matches, Austin is making it a 6-man tag later tonight. All three Dudley Boyz will be facing his clients and their partner…. THEODORE LONG! Long says he’s not a wrestler and that the man’s trying to keep him down again, Austin asks how he’s keeping Long down by putting him in a match. Kane walks by on the way to his match and Austin asks if he has a problem.

D-Von Dudley brings Nowinski over to the
Dudleyz corner in an arm wringer, Chris Nowinski breaks free and slaps Bubba on
the apron, Bubba Ray Dudley gets the tag and Nowinski tries to tag out but is
refused by his team-mates. A kick is caught and Bubba clotheslines Nowinski

the turnbuckles. He charges through Nowinski with an American Football tackle
and starts slamming the back of Nowinki’s head into the mat. Rodney Mack enters
the fray but Bubba cuts him off with his jabbing combination. Nowinski
staggered over to the Dudleyz corner, so Mack is sent across the ring into his
partner. Bubba hits the running splash and sends Nowinski over to the floor as
D-Von clotheslines Mack. Spike runs in but Long bails to the floor before he
can make contact. Bubba presses Spike Dudley overhead and assists with a
crossbody (which sounds better than launches him) onto Nowinski and Mack. Spike

next to Long”

into the turnbuckles by both guys. Rodney Mack stomps Spike and hits a delayed
vertical suplex, covering for 2. Teddy Long gets in and starts “stomping”
Spike. Spike grabs Long’s ankle and he tags out quickly.

Mack is evacuated over the top rope. The fans want the 3-D but Chris Nowinski
is hit with a double flapjack instead. Bubba and D-Von point to Long, but they’re
rushed by Rodney Mack, who takes D-Von for a brawl at ringside. Nowinski tries
to whip Bubba across the ring but it’s reversed, Bubba ducks too early and

to the face with jabs and an elbow to the top of the head.

Mack was running at the time. Teddy Long gets the tag again, he covers but
Spike kicks out at 2. Teddy Long grabs Spike’s arms behind his back, Rodney
Mack charges but knocks down Long, Spike dumps Mack through the ropes and
covers for the win.
WINNER: THE DUDLEY BOYZ
This was a good tag match, Mack and Nowinski were short-lived but solid hands for the roster and were able to hold their own against the more experienced team. Theodore Long wasn’t over used in the match and besides a few moments of confusion this didn’t come off too badly for a throwaway tag feud on a throwaway Pay Per View [*¾] 3.75/10
After the match, Christopher Nowinski hits Bubba with the
protective mask as Rodney Mack takes out Spike Dudley. Nowinski sets up the
table as D-Von makes the save for Spike, Mack is sent into the corner and D-Von
clotheslines him. Nowinski blindsides D-Von with a right hand, he lifts him for
a suplex but D-Von counters and sends Nowinski into the ropes, Christopher
Nowinski runs into the 3-D to send everyone into the next segment content.
