Backstage, Eddie Guerrero says no matter who wins tonight
Eddie will support her, Chyna says one of them will get lucky. We cut
seamlessly to Trish Stratus and Val Venis in the locker room. Trish asks who
Val would rather see as a centrefold, her or Chyna. Val Venis tells her that
she needs to focus on their match, which is next. Jim Ross and Jerry “The King”Lawler are on commentary as Eddie and Chyna make their way to the ring. We see
Smackdown 2 weeks prior, where Chyna powerbombed Val Venis on the floor, and
Trish smashed something over her head in retaliation. Val Venis has a strange
dance beat over his theme tune as he walks down to the ring with Trish. JR says
Venis should make this a handicap match and keep Trish on the apron.
