SKINNER VS. OWEN HART

Before the match, Brutus Beefcake is with “Mean” Gene Okerlund, talking about his friendship with Hulk Hogan. Skinner gets the jobber entrance, and Owen Hart is in his High Energy gear for this match. Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby “The Brain” Heenan are on commentary for this match.

  Skinner spits at Owen before jumping him, sending his head into the turnbuckle as the bell rings. He sends Owen across the ring into the corner and hits a shoulder breaker. Skinner with mounted punches and he headbutts Owen as they get to their feet, Skinner bends Owen’s spine and neck around the top rope, breaking at 4. Skinner sends Owen into the ropes, then kicks him in the gut and hits a reverse DDT, covering for a nearfall. Skinner headbutts Owen before sending him over the top rope, but doesn’t notice Owen skinning the cat and getting back in the ring. Owen Hart with a waistlock, sending Skinner into the ropes and rolling him up for the quick win.

WINNER: OWEN HART

There’s no point giving it a true star rating, the match was too short. It was worked well though and nothing stood out for me. 1.5 /10.
