John Kronus enters first, ready to face a mystery opponent. Judge Jeff Jones comes out to the ring, cutting a promo on Bill Clinton and OJ Simpson. He cries assault on Kronus for hitting him with a 450 splash before introducing Syd to the ring, rocking the double denim look.Which as Joey Styles correctly says on commentary is not wrestling gear.

ECW Guilty As Charged 1999 (10th January 1999)
John Kronus hits the former Sid Vicious with a couple of right hands, but no one tells Syd. He grabs John Kronus by the throat, lifting him over the top rope and putting him through a table at ringside. Syd follows and grabs a chair, hitting Kronus twice over the head and roaring to power up the third shot across the spine. Syd brings it back into the ring as the fans chant for a powerbomb, Syd obliges and covers for the easy win.
WINNER: SYD
This was just a squash match to get Syd over for the ECW fans. I pressume 911 had left by this point, as it was pretty much his gimmick.– As a match it's ½* but personally I'd rate it 1/10
Jeff Jones keeps his distance as Syd celebrates his win, with Styles commenting that even Jones can't control the man that just put ECW on hold.
