WINNER: BATISTA
This was a match, that made up some time on a card. It got Batista a nice win on his pay per view debut over a veteran, his association with Flair made people see him as a big deal immediately on Raw but the match itself was just there. The Batista Bomb is the only bad moment that sticks out.– As a match, it's ** but personally, I'd rate it 4/10
After the match, Kurt Angle is shown backstage looking for Brock Lesnar, to see if he will be in Angle's corner tonight against Big Show to counter Paul Heyman.
