Shane Douglas is backstage with Shocker, putting over his career in Mexico. Shocker came to TNA to face the best, which brings Alex Shelley over. Alex Shelley says he's better than Shocker because he's a hybrid wrestler. Shocker shouts at him in Spanish, telling Douglas not to worry about a translation. Alex Shelley needs to know what he let himself in for tonight.

Alex Shelley makes his way to the ring first. Making his return to TNA. Shocker came over to Impact a few months ago. He enters the ring wearing denim dungarees. Thankfully he wrestles in tights.

WINNER: SHOCKER

This was an interesting match. Building on from the counter wrestling, using Mexican and European styles through the match with no one getting a real advantage.at any point. The end seemed slightly sudden but I think it came at the right time. A very different match for the card. 3¼* I'd rate the match 2.25/5
