This match aired on Hardcore TV Episode #126, and is also available on WWE's DVD release “The Rise and Fall of ECW”. Before the match, the Pitbulls had a short interview with Joey Styles. Gary Wolfe (Pitbull #1) says it's do or die and Anthony Durante (Pitbull #2) says if he can't be a Pitbull he'd rather die. Do they have to split up if they lose? I missed that part if they did. Raven enters the match accompanied by Beulah. Joey Styles says he knows Richards is in the building, earlier tonight he was trying to get someone to take his place. Joey Styles wonders if Beulah will defend with Raven instead. As the Pitbulls enter Joey Styles mentions the Pitbulls splitting up if they can't win the championships. So yeah, I did miss/forget about that part. Beulah gets the microphone and says Richards broke his arm last night (Styles calls it a lie) so she asks the Pitbulls to make it 2 out of 3 falls. They agree and the match is on.

Double Dog Collar match for the ECW Tag Team Championships

Gangstas Paradise (19th September 1995)

Raven charges at the bell but Pitbull #2 (who Raven's now connected to) hits an inverted atomic drop and stomps Raven on the mat. Pitbull #2 wraps the chain around his fist and hits Raven with it sending him over the top rope. He chokes Raven over the top rope using the collar for a stupidly long time as Pitbull #1 runs to the back. Pitbull#2 sends himself over the top rope (Styles: “agile for a house” and hits more chain-assisted right hands. Pitbull #2 hits Raven over the head with a chair before sending him back in the ring. We see Richards stumble through the curtain busted open. He's chained to Pitbull #1! Pitbull #1 clotheslines Richards in the back of the head, Richards falls to his knees and Pitbull #1 pounds on him with lefts and rights. Back in the ring Pitbull #2 is bringing a table into play. Richards takes a chair shot. Pitbull #1 sends Richards into a fans' chair off camera as Raven has Pitbull #2 on the table, PILEDRIVER! 1, 2, 3!

Raven & Richards 1 – 0 Pitbulls

We come back from commercial for the second fall, Richards is sent into the ring by Pitbull #1 as Raven is bombarding Pitbull #2 with right hands with the chain wrapped around his fist. Raven saves Stevie and they hit a double DDT on Pitbull #1. Raven covers but Pitbull #2 saves the match at 2. Raven fights back at Pitbull #2 sending him to the apron, and he has to untangle the chains. Stevie Richards hits a superkick and covers, only getting a nearfall as Pitbull #2 rolls to the floor and pulls the chain bringing Raven into the corner. Richards gets another nearfall as Pitbull #2 brings another table into the ring. He sets it up in the middle of the ring, and Stevie Richards takes the Superbomb through it! Pitbull #2 clears the debris and covers to even the match up.

Raven & Richards 1 – 1 Pitbulls

Pitbull #2 chokes Raven against the ropes and an ECW chant takes us into commercial break. Joey Styles takes us over the first two falls and brings us back to live action. Pitbull #2 and Raven are in the crowd, and Raven hits Pitbull over the back with a chair. Pitbull #1 and Stevie are seen at ringside, To say Richards got a lot of bloodloss in this match is an understatement. Pitbull #1 hits him with a frying pan from the crowd before sending him over the guard rail. Pitbull #1 brings himself over, kicking Richards in the head on the way. Pitbull #1 carries on assaulting Richards in the crowd, but Richards gets a shot in as Pitbull #1 grabs a chair. Richards sees his own blood and gets the chair off Pitbull #1, swinging it overhead. Richards stomps on Pitbull 1 as Raven and Pitbull #2 are in the entranceway coming back towards the ring. Pitbull #2 goes the full length of the ring, sliding under the bottom rope to bring a third table into play. You can see Pitbull #1 dominating Richards in the background. Raven is able to send Pitbull #2 into the referee.

Dudley Dudley and Dances With Dudley are here! They attack the Pitbulls, and help the champions set each Pitbull up for a Superbomb! BUT THEY STOOD UP! THE PITBULLS EACH HIT A DOUBLE DDT! Dudley Dudley is the next victim of the Superbomb, followed closely by Dances With Dudley, giving Joey Styles chance for a jab at Tatanka. Pitbull #2 brings in a fourth table, because why the fuck not use fossil fuels like it's going out of fashion ECW? HUH!? (Seriously, there's no need for four table spots...) Raven takes the Superbomb but it gets misjudged Raven's head bounces off the edge of the table! The referee is still groggy as Pitbull #2 covers, 1, 2, NO! Pitbull #2 brings table #5 into the match, even though the last one didn't break as a Pitbulls chant starts. Pitbull #2 climbs on the apron, but Beulah handed something to Raven, he has an ether rag and he holds it to Pitbull #2, who falls onto two more tables at ringside. At some point both challengers started bleeding too, but it could be any time. Raven hits Pitbull #2 with a leg drop, cracking the top table but not sending Pibull #2 through it, and he has to stop himself falling to the concrete in the front row.

Pitbull #1 sends Richards into the corner in the ring as Raven sends Pitbull #2 through the second table with an elbow drop on the outside from the apron. Pitbull #1 brings Richards up for a suplex and throws him to the mat. Richards swings the momentum off camera, but at least we see Raven laying on the floor in exhaustion. He unhooks himself from Pitbull #2 as Richards climbs the top rope. Maybe he should have unhooked himself as Pitbull #1 yanks the chain, crotching Richards on the top rope. Richards is sent through a table in the ring with another suplex through, but Raven gets in the ring and breaks up the pin at 2. pitbull #2 is stretchered to the back by paramedics, as Beulah gets in the ring. She looks over all the carnage for a while until Stevie Richards' (unnamed) ex-girlfriend shows up, she goes for Beulah! CAT FIGHT! Raven drags her off and hits an Evenflow DDT before slumping back down to the mat. The referee is checking on the three men left as Tommy Dreamer has entered the ring! He attatches himself to Raven before letting his foe get to his feet. He attacks Raven and takes him down with a double-leg takedown (kind of) Dreamer hits a knee drop to the balls and hits Raven with a DDT of his own. Dreamer covers, 1, 2,3.

WINNERS: THE PITBULLS (NEW ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS)

This match moved about a mile a minute. That's not a good thing in this case, first it was a tag team match, then a handicap match, then still handicap but 2 out of 3 falls, then Pitbull 1 finds Richards making it 2 out of 3 falls tag team. I was going to compliment the ref bump in the second before The Dudleys C-Team showed up, thinking it made sense from Raven's exhaustion (and choice of partner) that he can stop the referee making the count and catch his breath. That went to shit quickly. The tables were really overused. I get that it was the Pitbulls' thing (along with The Dudleys, The Dudleys just got more fame) but on average there was a table for every 3-4 air minutes used on this match. That's crazy. Also Dreamer can insert himself into the match and win it now? I remembered the match being better than it was but believe it or not I did enjoy it. – WORKRATE: 1.5/5 PERSONAL ENJOYMENT 3.75/5 OVERALL 5.25/10
