RHINO VS. YOSHIHIRO TAJIRI

 Before the match, Cyrus the Virus, Rhino, Steve Corino & Jack Victory are all in the ring. They want Tajiri to hand over his championship belt, Cyrus mocks Tajiri for not speaking English and tells him to forefeit the title to Rhino. Tajiri doesn’t want to give the belt over so Cyrus tries some casual racism and the “do you know who I am?” card. Tajiri still refuses to give up the belt with a censored message to Callis.

YOSHIHIRO TAJIRI VS. RHINO

ECW Cyberslam 2000 (April 2000)

  Yoshihiro Tajiri lays down the belt and ducks a right hand as the bell goes. He kicks Rhino twice and they fuck up, as Rhino isn’t sure if he’s supposed to hit the corner.

  Rhino meets the corner the second time and Tajiri chops him. Rhino reverses an irish whip but Tajiri floats over, kicking Rhino in the back and placing him on the top turnbuckle in the Tree of Woe. Tajiri crushes the little Rhinos and crosses the ring so he can hit a baseball slide dropkick. Rhino reverses an irish whip and Tajiri runs into a spinebuster for 2. Rhino runs at Tajiri but gets sent over to the floor, a running dropkick sends Rhino back to the floor as he gets on the apron. Rhino grabs a chair but a handspring from Tajiri sends it into Rhino’s face as we go to a break. As we return Tajiri hits the handspring elbow and a Buzzsaw Kick. Another running dropkick gives Tajiri time to get a table from under the ring, he also grabbed something else, it looked like a spare turnbuckle but he didn’t get a chance to use it before Rhino flattened him with a clothesline. Rhino sets up the table across the middle rope in the corner, Tajiri blocks the powerbomb landing on his feet on the table, tornado DDT from Tajiri gets blocked but he locks Rhino in the standing Octopus! Steve Corino gets in the ring with a cowbell and gets misted! Buzzsaw Kick to Corino, Jack Victory goes to check on Corino and they both get hit with a dropkick.

  Rhino Gores Tajiri and hits the Rhinodriver! 1, 2, 2.99!! Another Rhinodriver ends it and The Network have the gold.

WINNER: RHINO (NEW ECW Television Champion)

 This was a short match to get to a title switch giving The Network credibility, Rhino needed help to gain momentum but the match lasted seconds from when he got the advantage. [*] 2/10
