Sid Vicious makes his way down with Theodore Long and his Skyscrapers tag team partner Dan Spivey because if one guy needed assistance for their match, it’s Sid. Ranger Ross makes his way out waving the American flag and taking in the adulation of the fans.

(12^th September 1989)

  Sid Vicious clocks Ranger Ross from behind to start the match. Sid sends Ross over to the floor. Sid Vicious follows and clubs at Ranger Ross before dropping his chest over the guard rail and sending him back into the ring. Vicious takes some time to gloat and gets kicked in the chest by Ranger Ross and gets in the ring through some right hands. Ranger Ross jabs Sid and kicks him before sending the big man off the ropes but eats a DDT. Sid gloats some more and hits the whirly-bird and JR calls it, bringing Ranger Ross up like a Razor’s Edge and spinning him around before dropping him to the mat. Sid Vicious plants Ranger Ross with a Powerbomb for the easy win.

WINNER: SID VICIOUS

This was just a squash match for Sid to look strong. Ranger Ross got some shine after Sid got overconfident, but it was only momentary. Nothing match, but did it’s job and didn’t go longer than it had to. [N/A] 1/10

We go back to the Jims on commentary, Cornette throws us to Missy Hyatt and Robin Green going shopping through his gritted teeth. IT’S A WRASSLIN’ SHOW, DAMMIT!
