Before the match, Vince McMahon is backstage with Johnathon Coachman, talking about the Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell news in the media. This lead to the impersonators match on Raw the next night. Coach starts kissing his ass about his “You're Fired” catchphrase leading to a Ron Simmons appearance for the “Damn” pop. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are on commentary for this match Kenny Dykstra is out first in a robe like Ric Flair's and shows a clip from Raw the previous Monday with Rated RKO attacking Ric Flair. He says after he beats Flair tonight people will give him the respect he deserves, which is interrupted by Ric Flair's music.

They lock up and Kenny Dykstra grabs a headlock, Ric Flair sends him off the ropes but gets knocked down with a shoulder tackle, then Kenny struts. They go again with Flair getting the headlock, Kenny sends him off the ropes and a weak shoulder tackle puts him down, Kenny goes prone and leapfrogs then hits Flair with a dropkick. He covers but only gets a 1 count. Dykstra hits a fist drop and right hands in the corner as JR references the AWA DVD that was recently released. He sends Flair's head into the turnbuckle. Ric Flair chops Kenny, who answers with right hands, he kicks Flair in the gut to cut him off, Flair reverses the irish whip and sends Dykstra into the corner, he walks back out into a back body drop from Flair. Flair knocks Dykstra down with a chop, he chops him again against the ropes, a right hand, more chops and sends Kenny off the ropes into a back elbow. Ric Flair runs at Kenny with another chop and sends him over the top to the floor.

He hits a hangman on Dykstra as he gets back to the apron, Kenny Dykstra drags Flair to the floor and hits a suplex before rolling Flair in the ring for a nearfall. He hits another suplex in the ring for another nearfall, Dykstra hits elbow drops to the back of Flair's shoulders and covers, but Flair kicks out at 1 Ric Flair tries to fight off a boston crab but Dykstra is able to turn him over. King compares Flair to Rocky Balboa in the 6th film as Ric Flair is able to crawl towards the ropes and finally gets it. At some point, Dykstra changed it to a texas cloverleaf but I didn't see it. He uses as much of the 5 count as he can before breaking the hold. He gets a fist drop and jumps in the air for a stomp before more right hands in the corner to Flair. Ric Flair fights his way out of the corner with chops, they start exchanging right hands and Flair drops first. Kenny with mounted punches on the mat. Dykstra tries to put Flair in the figure four but Flair rolls him up for 2.

Flair chops Dykstra and they both drop to the mat, Flair gets a shot to Kenny's midsection and a chop, Dykstra backs into the corner and Flair hits him with lefts and rights and chops. Dykstra sends Flair across the ring into the corner but runs into a back elbow, he gets to the top rope but Dykstra sends him halfway across the ring, he hits a missile dropkick and gets a close nearfall. Ric Flair blocks an irish whip and pokes Dykstra in the eye then gets a chop block on the knee, he hits Dykstra with another chop block and a knee drop. He sets Kenny Dykstra up for the Figure Four and stands on the groin before locking it in. Dykstra's shoulders go down for a 2 count in the hold, but he gets them up. Ric Flair slaps him across the face, getting another nearfall. Dykstra makes it to the ropes and has to use them to get to his feet, the referee gets between them for reasons unknown to everyone. Flair shoves him out of the way allowing Dykstra to hit a low blow and roll Flair up for the win.

WINNER: KENNY DYKSTRA

This was a pretty decent match, I remember at the time thinking Dykstra count hace been a decent talent for the company for a few years, the flukey win made sense, making him 3-0 over Flair. The boston crab went on for a bit too long for me, but it was a good back and forth match for the short time.– As a match it's ** but personally I'd rate it 5/10
