TEAM CANADA VS. 3 LIVE KREW

Mike Tenay and Don West are on commentary for this match. This event was the night that Eddie Guerrero died, so TNA paid tribute to him before the show. There was a video before the match surrounding the members of 3LK and Kip James. Who is tonight's referee. We then go to Shane Douglas interviewing 3 Live Krew. BG James says TNA has a big acquisition because “the other ship is sinking” Konnan says he doesn't trust Kip James but he's focusing on the match and Team Canada. Kip James enters the match first as we see a hockey stick on a pole in each corner. Jeremy Borash explains that you must be legal to bring a hockey stick into play. Eric Young, Bobby Roode and A-1 enter first, representing Team Canada. 3 Live Krew enter and Konnan grabs the microphone first, paying tribute to Eddie Guerrero before handing over to BG James.

Team Canada all make a grab for the hockey sticks, but get cut off. Then Konnan sends Eric Young into the announce table. BG James and Roode are brawling at ringside as the rest are told to move towards the ring. James and Roode start the match officially. BG James hammers at Roode in the corner as Eric Young grabs the hockey stick, he also has headgear on for some reason. Kip James takes both off him and snaps a hockey stick over his knee. I did think six hockey sticks was excessive, I'm glad they worked around that. It does distract from the action as Bobby Roode sends BG James into the turnbuckle. He hits a right, discussing with Kip James whether it was an open fist. BG James is sent off the ropes but he ducks a clothesline, hitting the Shake Rattle & Roll jabs and right. BG James hits a knee drop and covers, but Roode kicks out at 2. BG James attempts to get a hockey stick, but calls a nosebleed, tagging in Ron Killings.

Bobby Roode tries to cut Killings off but is kicked away. Ron Killings gets the hockey stick but is brought down to the mat, hitting his head on the turnbuckle. Bobby Roode hits rights in the corner and again Kip James warns him of closed fists in a match where hockey sticks can be used. Killings is sent across the ring but floats over, uses the splits to duck a clothesline, and hits a corkscrew heel kick! Killings covers for 2 and Roode rakes the face, tagging in Eric Young who runs into a drop toehold. Ron Killings brings Young over in a hip toss and tags in Konnan. Konnan has his shoe on the end of the hockey stick, hitting both Young and Roode with it. Konnan throws his shoe at Eric Young and tags BG James back in. Eric Young cuts off BG's attempt at getting a hockey stick. BG James sends Eric Young off the ropes into a back elbow and is able to get a hockey stick as Roode is brought back into the match. He waits for BG James to be in position and brings him into an electric chair. Bobby Roode drops BG James in the middle of the ring and hits a pair of elbow drops, he climbs to the top rope and hits a knee drop, he covers but James gets his foot on the bottom rope.

Bobby Roode hooks the leg back up, getting another 2 count then distracts Kip James as A-1 chokes BG on the bottom rope. A-1 gets the tag as Konnan argues with Kip James and starts hammering on BG James. BG James is able to grab the ankle and stop A-1 from getting the hockey stick but eats a neckbreaker for his troubles. A-1 gets a nearfall and tags in Eric Young, an elbow drop and backbreaker get a 2 count each. Eric Young gets a hockey stick from one of the corners, but BG James hits him across the back and he drops it to the floor. Eric Young is sent into the opposite corner but he gets the boot up and knocks BG James down with a clothesline for another 2 count. Eric Young holds his shin across BG James' throat as he tags Roode back in. They exchange rights and BG James gets the advantage until he runs into a full nelson slam. He grabs the hockey stick from ringside. Ron Killings takes it from him on the apron. BG James hits Roode with a big boot and Killings and Young each get a tag.

Ron Killings comes in hot with right hands for Team Canada, Eric Young reverses the irish whip but Killings hits the forearm. Ron Killings covers but Roode and A-1 both break it up as Don West mentions Kip James might be trying to be too careful with the pinfall counts. Bobby Roode and BG James brawl, as do A-1 and Killings as Young gets out of there. Bobby Roode reverses a pumphandle slam, sending BG James into a clothesline by A-1. Ron Killings hits the axe kick and Roode hits him with a death valley driver, Eric Young hits Killings with an elbow drop from the top rope but Konnan enters and hits the rolling clothesline. Konnan puts Eric Young in the Tequila Sunrise but Bobby Roode breaks it up and sends Konnan out of the ring. He goes to retrieve a hockey stick from a pole but turns around into BG James and Killings each with a stick. He throws it to A-1 who has a swordfight with Killings, losing and getting a hockey stick broken over his back. Roode is sent to the floor by BG James and the hockey stick. The hockey sticks are placed across Eric Young's crotch and Ron Killings hits a legdrop from the top rope. He covered Young for the win.

WINNERS: THREE LIVE KREW

Kip James added to this match, moving Konnan to the corner first at the beginning and arguing his counts with everyone. The hockey sticks didn't come into it much until the end, being the second time this has happened and the match felt rushed, it wasn't terrible just average.– As a match it's ** but personally I'd rate it 4.5/10
