EL TEXANO VS. SUPER FLY

Super Fly is already in the ring when we return, awaiting El Texano from California. El Texano has a cowboy gimmick, carrying a rope and wearing a hat to the ring. As he ties the rope around the corner post we go to an interview with Vampiro. El Texano doesn't appreciate being called the former AAA champion, he is the longest running AAA champion in history and Alberto El Patron stole his championship. We get shown clips of the match as El Texano wants to destroy Patron.

EL TEXANO VS. SUPER FLY
"An Eye for an Eye" - 18th February 2015

El Texano is ready to start as we come back and they lock up at the bell, Super Fly gets a side headlock but El Texano sends him off the ropes, Super Fly drops Texano with a shoulder tackle, El Texano goes prone then leapfrogs Super Fly. Super Fly rolls over Texano, Texano trips the leg and gets nothing Super Fly does the same and they kip up to a standoff. El Texano sidesteps a running dropkick and chops at Super Fly in the corner. Super Fly reverses an irish whip and charges but Texano sends him overhead, Super Fly lands on the apron, backing El Texano off with an overhand chop and hits a crossbody from the top rope but El Texano is able to throw him overhead. They get to their feet and El Texano drops Super Fly with a legdrop for a nearfall. El Texano blocks a clothesline and lifts Super Fly onto his shoulders. El Texano drops Super Fly's neck across his knee and lifts him into a neckbreaker and covers for the win.

WINNER: EL TEXANO

This was a good match to show El Texano to new fans but I think it ended just as it was picking up but in making me want to see more of El Texano the match did its job. WORKRATE: 2/5 PERSONAL ENJOYMENT 2/5 OVERALL: 4/10
