BARON CORBIN & RHYNO VS. #DIY

#DIY is the tag team consisting of Tomasso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano. Rhyno and Corbin enter separately first, followed by their opponents. Both of these teams are rivals turned tag teams. Corbin and Rhyno beat The Ascension in the first round, #DIY beat Tyler Breeze and Bull Dempsey. Byron Saxton, Rich Brennan and Corey Graves are on commentary. The next round and final of the Dusty Rhodes Classic all take place at NXT TakeOver: Respect.

Rhyno and Tomasso Ciampa start, Rhyno backs Ciampa into the corner and asks who the man is, but Ciampa slips past the right hand and chops Rhyno. Rhyno shoves Ciampa down and answers with a chop of his own. Rhyno sends Ciampa into the corner but Ciampa catches himself and floats over. Ciampa hits rapid-fire chops in the corner. Tomasso Ciampa backs Rhyno across the ring with strikes and Rhyno slumps down into the corner. Tomasso Ciampa hits a running knee and gets another run-up but Rhyno stands up, dropping Ciampa with a back elbow. Tomasso Ciampa is able to send Rhyno into the ropes and follows him, Rhyno turns around into a running lariat and Ciampa tags out. The referee has to remind Johnny Gargano about the tag rope before it's legal but when it is they utilize the 5-count. Baron Corbin charges into the match but Gargano low-bridges him so he lands on the arena floor. Johnny Gargano follows with a tope through the ropes. Johnny gets back in the ring, dumping Rhyno to the outside and hitting him with a runnning tope through the ropes, getting the tag to Tomasso Ciampa as he does. Tomasso Ciampa wipes out both opponents with a crossbody from the top turnbuckle to the floor!

Tomasso Ciampa rolls Rhyno back into the ring and covers but Rhyno kicks out at 1. Johnny Gargano tags in, dropping on Rhyno's arm with an ax handle, then back out to Ciampa. #DIY send Rhyno across the ring into the turnbuckles and hit double running kicks! Rhyno blocks a german suplex by Ciampa and elbows free, knocking him down with a lariat. Baron Corbin tags in and lifts Ciampa on his shoulder, Ciampa slides out and lifts his knee to Corbin's face as Corbin charges. Baron Corbin charges again and Ciampa leaps from the middle rope over Corbin, ducks a clothesline but runs into a spinning side slam. (Abyss' Blackhole slam for Impact/TNA fans) when we return from commercial Baron Corbin is still in control, standing on Ciampa's neck before tagging Rhyno back in. Rhyno keeps control of Ciampa, but Ciampa rolls out to the apron. When Ciampa gets to his feet he knocks Rhyno back with a forearm and gets back in the ring, but not before leaning into a boot by Rhyno, Tomasso Ciampa hits a jumping knee to Rhyno and then is able to get back in the ring. Tomasso Ciampa tries to jump over Rhyno but gets caught inches away, Tomasso Ciampa gets himself over for a sunset flip but Rhyno drags him back to his feet and throws him into the corner and hits him with a shoulder tackle.

Baron Corbin's back in, stomping at Tomasso Ciampa near the ropes and tags out to Rhyno. Again the referee has to remind them about the tag rope. Tomasso Ciampa gets backed into the corner and Rhyno perches him on the top turnbuckle. Tomasso Ciampa fights back, knocking Rhyno down to the mat with right hands and hits a missile dropkick from the top rope. That took everything Ciampa had left as they're both counted down. They both bring their partners into the match, Johnny Gargano hits a jumping forearm but Corbin stays put, a jumping back elbow is able to knock him down and so does a running dropkick. Johhny Gargano rolls Corbin up, he rolls through but gets kicked in the head. Baron Corbin uses the corner to get to his feet as Gargano makes space, he runs and gets sent over the top rope but lands on the apron, coming back in with a slingshot DDT! Johnny Gargano covers as Ciampa keeps Rhyno at bay but Baron Corbin kicks out at 2. Tomasso Ciampa is sent out of the ring as Gargano and Corbin brawl, Corbin sends Gargano into a Gore attempt but Gargano leapfrogs and stuns Corbin with an enziguri! Gargano rolls Corbin up but only gets 2. Johnny Gargano runs into the End of Days and it's the End of their Tournament.

WINNERS: BARON CORBIN & RHYNO

Another good match to see a bit of what #DIY were as a tag team and Corbin and Rhyno were able to able to work together enough to get through another round of the tournament. – WORKRATE: 2.75/5 PERSONAL ENJOYMENT 3.25/5 OVERALL 6/10
