ARGENIS VS. FENIX

Argenis is the original Sin Cara's brother. If you don't hold that against him, I won't.

He half gets an entrance, but he's pretty much in the ring. Fenix walks down to the ring, showing his confidence in wearing pink gear and walking across the top rope during his entrance. Vampiro and Matt Striker are on commentary, as expected.

ARGENIS VS. FENIX

They clasp hands and lock up at the bell, the fans get behind Fenix as he applies a standing headlock. Argenis lifts him but Fenix lands on his feet, hitting a knee to the head. Argenis sends Fenix overhead and kicks him low, claiming he hit the inner thigh. Argenis sends Fenix to the floor with a headscissors as Vampiro says Argenis is passing the former Mystico. A running swanton over the top lands perfectly. Argenis climbs up to the top rope, but leaves himself an open target of a kick by Fenix! Fenix hits a crazy moonsault to Argenis on the floor and takes it back in the ring. Fenix hits Argenis with forearms then picks up speed off the ropes. Fenix springs back from the middle rope on the other side into a superkick by Argenis. Argenis covers but Fenix kicks out after 1.Argenis gets sent over the top rope but Fenix doesn't notice that he landed on the apron. Fenix walks into a headscissors takedown from the corner, a hip toss sends Argenis into the ropes but he springs back to his feet, Fenix gets sent overhead by and drops to the mat with a facebuster, he tried to protect himself, hurting his wrist as Argenis gets a nearfall.

Argenis hits an overhand chop but Fenix catches him the second time, Fenix gets an overhand chop and uses Lucha stuff to send Argenis across the ring with an arm drag. Fenix ducks a clothesline and springs back off the middle rope with a dropkick. Catrina is seen coming down to the ring as Fenix hits an enziguri. Argenis is draped over the middle rope but is able to crotch Fenix on the top turnbuckle. They try and get some kind of advantage on the top rope, Argenis hits a super huricanrana and a standing moonsault, he covers but only gets 2. Fenix kicks Argenis off the apron and hits a triangle corkscrew plancha on the floor! Fenix takes it back to the ring, hitting an overhand chop in the corner. Fenix charges but kicks the turnbuckle, getting tangled in the corner. Argenis carries Fenix on one shoulder, dropping him on the neck and shoulders for 2. Argenis signals for the end, lifting Fenix for a tombstone. Fenix kicks his way back to the mat, reversing it and sits down to spike Argenis on his head. Fenix covers 1, 2, 3.

WINNER: FENIX

Another first time match, meaning we could see it more often with higher stakes, meaning we didn't get the full whack here. I get it but I don't like it, it's dragging out a bit now. It was good for what we got, but I can't say much more than that. WORKRATE: 2/5 PERSONAL ENJOYMENT 1.75/5 OVERALL: 3.75/10

Catrina enters the ring, crawling over Argenis for the lick of death. Something she's only done for Mil Muertes' opponents until now. Fenix is shocked as he looks on.
