After the break Sexy Star enters The Temple ready for her revenge on Chavo. As Chavo Guerrero Jr enters Vampiro mentions that Blue Demon Jr is on the mend and he will be back after his own revenge soon. Matt Striker mentions some of the Luchadores not taking kindly to Chavo Guerrero Jr making claim to the Lucha heritage with being from El Paso, Texas. Of course it's a Chavo match so an “Eddie” chant accompanies the sound of the opening bell.
MATCH 3: CHAVO GUERRERO JR VS. SEXY STAR
Sexy Star shoves Chavo, and he goes nowhere on a running shoulder block. He tells her to go again and drags her to the mat by her hair. Chavo brings her to her feet and forces her in the corner. Chavo kisses Sexy Star and gets slapped into next week. Chavo runns into the corner and Sexy Star ducks a clothesline, sending Chsvo out to the floor with a running headscissors. Sexy Star grabs a chair and the referee doesn't notice until Chavo's back in the ring. The referee tries to talk some sense into Sexy Star as Chavo begs off. Sexy Star kicks the ref low, causing a disqualification.
WINNER: CHAVO GUERRERO JR
I expected more from the match coming in. It made sense and told the story, but besides Pentagon Jr and Fenix's involvement there wasn't a lot there. WORKRATE: 2/5 PERSONAL ENJOYMENT 0.25/5 OVERALL: 2.25/10
After the match the fans want to see Chavo get annihilated by the chair, but here's Pentagon Jr! He takes the chair from Sexy Star, he's out to help Chavo, Chavo has Sexy Star by the hair... Fenix makes the save! Fenix and Sexy Star clear the ring and stand tall.
