PENTAGON JR VS. FAMOUS B

Famous B is already in the ring. It's a one hour show, not everyone can get an entrance! His was just covered by a commercial break anyway, and at least it stops matches getting cut into. Pentagon Jr makes his entrance as we see a hype video for him. He says he has combined Lucha Libre and Martial Arts into a style of fighting that is superior to anything that any one man can teach. He takes the teachings of those before him but they are ancient, he fights with zero fear. Vampiro and Matt Striker are on commentary.

MATCH 2: PENTAGON JR VS. FAMOUS B

Famous B misses a running dropkick at the bell, Pentagon hits a Penalty kick and asks for silence from the crowd chanting “Ciero Meido”, Pentagon gets a run up for a loud overhand chop in the corner but is sent across the ring as commentary speculate what's caused Pentagon's new aggression and attitude. Thinking it could be to do with Chavo Guerrero Jr's betrayal. Famous B sends Pentagon across the ring but a monkey flip is caught, Famous B boots Pentagon from the corner and leaps down to the mat. Pentagon leapfrogs Famous B then helps him along, Famous B gets a moment of rest hitting an arm drag on Pentagon across the ring. Famous B kips up and walks into a superkick. Pentagon hits a Package Piledriver and still doesn't cover. Famous B gets hooked in Rings of Saturn as Pentagon pulls back on his left arm until Famous B can coherently give up.

WINNER: PENTAGON JR

This was a strong match for Pentagon. Famous B isn't a main guy in Lucha Underground, mainly used to fill spots for multiman matches or as a placeholder match to help a rivalry along. I just hope Pentagon was paid by the degree of pain he inflicts, not by the hour for this match. Pentagon continues to look strong and add a viciousness to his matches. He's someone I'm looking out for every week now on Lucha Underground. WORKRATE: 1.5/5 PERSONAL ENJOYMENT 2.5/5 OVERALL: 4/10

Pentagon Jr doesn't want to let go, snapping Famous B's arm on the mat. He cuts a promo saying he is loyal to his master and he's ready. Vampiro translates for Matt Striker on commentary. Striker gets a chance to hype up the next match between Drago and Aerostar before commercials let us pee.
