CHARLOTTE (C) VS. SASHA BANKS VS. BAYLEY VS. BECKY LYNCH

  Sasha Banks and NXT Women's Champion, Charlotte are shown backstage before a video package showing the competition between the 4 women competing for the NXT Women's championship tonight. Bayley makes her entrance first, she's calling tonight her Sami Zayn moment. Sasha Banks enters second, and The Boss looks a hell of a lot more ready than Bayley did. Corey Graves wonders how many chances Banks will need at the title. Becky Lynch follows, and in order to get into this match she just had to cost Sasha Banks a title shot, but she's my European representative so I'll allow it. The champion enters, ready to face all three opponents.

MATCH 5: CHARLOTTE © VS. SASHA BANKS VS. BECKY LYNCH VS. BAYLEY (NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP)

  Charlotte runs into a kick from Banks before fighting all three challengers off. Charlotte zones in on Bayley but Banks and Lynch attack her from behind. They send Charlotte into the ropes but she sends them down with a double clothesline. They both roll out of the ring and allow Bayley to roll the champion up quickly, but she only gets a 1 count. Charlotte knees Bayley in the gut but gets sent into the corner, she turns the upside-down spot into a way of making it out to the apron and she hits Bayley with her shoulder through the ropes. Banks and Lynch bring Charlotte down to the floor as Jason Albert mentions there's an early alliance between the two in this match. Banks directs traffic as Lynch sends Charlotte back first into the ring, breaking the LED board. They get back in the ring and double-team Bayley. This is a decent strategy, but it only works short-term. Bayley is sent into the corner but she fights her way out. Bayley springboards off the middle rope into a kick by both Banks and Lynch, and they swing her back into the turnbuckle. That looked pretty rough to take!

  Both girls try to pin Bayley, but the referee won't count. After some discussion Lynch lets Banks take it, but sends her out of the ring with one hell of a pumphandle suplex before she can cover! Becky Lynch hits a pair of running leg drops then gets a load of height on a standing variation. She covers but Bayley kicks out at 2. We see the pumphandle suplex again as Bayley gets to her feet in the corner. Becky Lynch forces Bayley's neck into the corner and catches a kick. Lynch sends Bayley over with a dragon screw as Graves mentions Bayley's left knee is injured. Lynch ties Bayley up in a modified indian deathlock, but Banks returns out of nowhere kicking Lynch in the gut. Banks has some words for Lynch as Bayley rolls out of the ring and hits her with a forearm. Banks forces Lynch into the corner and hits her with shoulder blocks, but Becky is able to avoid the double knee drop in the corner. Becky hits a missile dropkick from the top rope! Becky Lynch covers but Charlotte immediately saves her championship.

  Charlotte hits Lynch with a kneeling neckbreaker. She suplexes Banks back over to her feet and spins into a neckbreaker on her too. Charlotte covers but Lynch breaks it up at 2. Charlotte rams Lynch back first into the corner and swings her legs out over the middle rope for a third neckbreaker out of the corner! Sasha Banks is there to break that cover up. Charlotte and Banks exchange forearms. Sasha Banks kicks Charlotte in the gut and hits her with two knees. Banks mocks Charlotte before picking up speed, Charlotte follows and is sent into Becky Lynch, knocking her down with a spear. Banks has a bodyscissors, Charlotte lifts her and Bayley appears from nowhere with an assisted Codebreaker! Charlotte boots Bayley out of the ring in gratitude, she turns her attention back to Banks but is sent shoulder first into the ring post. She slaps Charlotte and sets her up for the double knee in the corner. Becky Lynch blocks it, but gets sent into Charlotte with a headscissors. Sasha Banks sets Lynch up below Charlotte and drops them both to the mat with a double knees! Banks covers Charlotte for a nearfall, and gets one on Becky Lynch too. Banks gets a second nearfall on Charlotte and she's clearly frustrated. Bayley sneaks up behind her, flipping her over with a suplex and sending her out to the floor. Lynch is also on the floor leaving Bayley and Charlotte.

  The fans are chanting for Bayley to overcome the unstoppable champion as Charlotte makes it to her feet in the corner. Bayley hits 4 corner back elbows in a row and puts Charlotte on the top rope, Bayley hits a super hurricanrana! Charlotte is brought to her feet again and Bayley to belly connects! Bayley covers but Becky Lynch is there to tug at her ankle and ask nicely to get off. (That's pretty much what it looked like) Lynch drags Bayley all the way out to the floor, but Bayley ducks a clothesline, sending Lynch's head into the apron. Lynch tries to make some space but Bayley slides through the ring with a dropkick! Sasha Banks hits them both with a running tope through the ropes! Charlotte is alone in the ring biding her time, and getting her breath back, but her opponents are recovering too. She takes them all out with a slingshot plancha. Charlotte sends Becky Lynch in the ring, but is met with a knee to the gut. Becky Lynch hits a T-Bone suplex for a nearfall!

  Becky Lynch brings Charlotte to her feet and sends her into the corner with European uppercuts. She sets Charlotte up on the top rope but Banks makes it on the apron, Bayley drags her back down to the floor to fight Lynch and Charlotte in the corner herself, she gets back in the ring hitting Lynch with a german suplex. Charlotte hasn't moved from the corner, and Bayley to belly connects from the middle rope! Bayley covers but Banks breaks it up. Sasha Banks locks in a crossface, bridging Charlotte as far back as she can. She releases the hold to kick Lynch back off the apron, and she lands on Bayley. That was convenient. Banks locks it back in and wrenches! Charlotte tries to crawl to the ropes but that won't break the hold anyway! Charlotte tries to change her position and Sasha Banks rolls her up 1, 2, 3!

WINNER: SASHA BANKS (NEW NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPION)

  This was about what I would expect from the women involved. Banks was devious, using Becky Lynch as much as she could to conserve her own energy and Charlotte was able to take the beating a champion would in this match, with being everyone's target. Bayley got some awesome moments, really keeping the fans invested and wanting her to get her big moment. Becky Lynch I'm still not too sure on, I have to see more of her work. Overall this match worked well for each person and none of them looked weak from the match, with the roll up instead of tapping out being a prime example of that. WORKRATE: 3/5 PERSONAL ENJOYMENT 3.75/5 OVERALL 6.75/10

We're shown highlights of the match as Sasha Banks celebrates her big moment. The former champion gets to her feet and there's a tense show of respect between the two before Banks leaves with her new championship
