HENRY O GODWINN VS. BAM BAM BIGELOW

 Henry O. Godwinn has been assisting the Million Dollar Corporation members, he pushed Bam Bam Bigelow off the top rope earlier in the month on an episode of Raw, and Bigelow landed pretty badly. He also slopped Adam Bomb. Henry makes his way out first, followed by Bigelow who gets in-ring pyro for his entrance.

BAM BAM BIGELOW VS. HENRY O. GODWINN

WWF In Your House 2 (23^rd July 1995)

  They lock up and Bam Bam Bigelow grabs a headlock, it’s reversed with a back suplex, but Bigelow immediately gets to his feet and hits one of his own, after an awkward moment. The referee for this match is Tim White who recently passed away, so RIP to Mr. White.

  Bam Bam Bigelow hits another back suplex and a jumping shoulder tackle sends Godwinn through the ropes. Bigelow follows and connects with rights so Henry Godwinn decides to get back in, where he hits Bigelow with rights of his own. He sends Bam Bam off the ropes but ducks early and eats a DDT. Lawler says Bill Clinton won’t like this because Godwinn’s from Arkansas. Bigelow knocks Godwinn down with a shoulder tackle, but gets low-bridged and sent over the top rope. Godwinn sends Bigelow into the ring steps and breaks the count before bringing it back in the ring. He tries to send Bigelow from corner to corner but it’s reversed. Bam Bam Bigelow charges but hits the turnbuckles, Henry O. Godwinn knocks him down with a lariat and covers for 2. Henry Godwinn works a chinlock whilst we get a shot of the arena in Nashville, TN. Bam Bam gets to his feet and elbows his way out before hitting the ropes. He ducks a clothesline and hits a running crossbody for 2. Henry Godwinn clotheslines Bigelow down. He brings attention to his bucket of Slop before choking Bigelow over the middle rope.

  Henry Godwinn slams Bigelow and hits a running elbow drop for a nearfall. He scrapes his boot across Bigelow’s head and sends him into the turnbuckles. Henry charges but runs into a clothesline, Bigelow connects with headbutts and stomps Godwinn on the mat. Bam Bam Bigelow dives with a headbutt from the top rope but eats shit. Henry Godwinn goes for a knee drop from the middle rope and legitimately injures his knee, so Bigelow rolls him up for the win.

WINNER: BAM BAM BIGELOW

This match didn’t have a chance to get out of first gear before Godwinn unfortunately injured his knee. It wasn’t a bad match, but it was slow until the sudden ending, so I have to rate it accordingly. [*¼] 2/10

After the match, Henry Godwinn grabs the bucket of Slop, but he can’t stand, having to use the ropes to keep himself up. Bigelow eventually leaves the ring.
